Collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing. Brewed with Pilsner malt, 2-Row, wheat, and rye. Hopped with our hand selected Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka, plus a nice charge of Segal Ranch high oil cascades.

Bottle share, via pint can. Golden color with a little bit of haze, smaller white head. Aroma of tropical and citrus hops, some pine. Big hop flavor is heavy bitters and lightly sweet. Tropical abounds with some pine and dank hop notes.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 19, 2016. Aroma is super hoppy and dank. Quite a bit of pineapple, mango and citrus but with just as much resin, pine and onion/garlic. Smells super green and resinous. Light cracker malt notes with a bit of a white bread note and a hint of alcohol. Pours a very hazy, golden straw color with a medium sized, thick white head that exhibits really good retention as it very slowly recedes to the edges where it lingers. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with a medium light cracker note as well as some white bread. Medium high bitterness and some light alcohol spice in the finish along with a touch of residual sweetness. A ton of hop flavor with pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, melon, pine and some dank, onion/garlic resinous notes. Lingering dank hop notes in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty delicious IPA. A decent malt backbone adds sweetness to accentuate the fruity hop notes that are balanced with the dank, resinous hops. The sweetness and bitterness work well to hide the alcohol.

Tap at city hops. Fine pour. Nose is nice tropical fruit but not super dank. Same with flavor I’ve had more dank IPAs for sure. You get nice mango, some weed, pineapple, honey dew, some pine and honey. Rather sweet but balanced with bitterness. Decent but my hopes higher

Hazy, though not terribly so, golden-bronze with a small, but firm, white head atop.
Pretty straightforward pineapple-lime in the nose with zesty lemon and a slight hint of honey-like maltiness mixing with biscuit and cracker. Gains more zesty, spicy, dank notes as it warms and breathes. Not exactly bursting with aroma, but what’s there is pretty nice with no alcohol or flaw and only some very minor twangy pine/pineapple notes.
Lightly sweet in the mouth, with lots of honey and a touch of sourdough mixing with lime. Just a bit more resin than I’d like (ideally that’d be none) but it’s not off-putting or anything. Lots of bitter citrus, primarily lime and grapefruit, giving a fairly aggressive character to the beer. Tight carbonation and soft malts do help to balance. No alcohol or flaw. Very straightforward and pretty enjoyable but for the resinous twang.

Draught @ Milk and Hops - Chelsea. Hazy bright yellow with very small frothy whitish head, piney hops aroma, mild carbonation, very balanced lightly bitter taste citrus peel and piney hops flavor, thickish body, long citrus peel finish. All dank, as advertised.
