Keg at HL3. It pours opaque jet black with a dense tan cap. The aroma is rich, unctuous, filthy dark roast, toasted nut, bonfire, Dark chocolate, light ash, vanilla, Dark fruits and rocky road. The taste is decadent, rich roasted malt, charred wood, umami, dark chocolate cake toasted nuts, earthy, cracked black pepper, dark fruits, plum, fruit cake and rocky road with a slick and roasty finish. Full body and moderate carbonation. Rich and flavoursome. Good fun and tasty.

Draught @ Café Zeezicht, Breda, shared with my colleague Kees. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown to dark brown colored head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, dark malts, chocolate, hazelnuts. Taste malts, hops lightly, dark malts, hazelnuts, chocolate, cocoa powder, soft bitter. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Tap (AleBrowar, Wrocław). Almost black with delicate beige head. Aroma is roasty, chocolate, delicate sweet. Chocolate in taste, medium sweet, smooth, really dangerous drinkable with subtle hazelnut note in aftertaste.

On tap. Dark brown colour, almost black, beige head that does not stay long, nice lacing. Aroma is not very intensive, with vanilla, dark chocolate, a bit of cherry. Light bitterness, slight sweetness. Very smooth, full body, soft carbonation. Very good, but not exceptional.
