Amber color with off-white spongy head, berry aroma, bitter hoppy taste, strong palate, high carbonation, long finish. A great beer, loved it!

Sampled on draft at the Headkeeper in Greensburg PA this beer poured a murky red-brown color with a medium sized beige head that produced some lacing. The aroma was strong fresh squeezed grapefruit. The flavor was tart, tangy and insanely sweet with a bit of caramel and very strong notes of grapefruit, orange, lemon and pineapple. Lovely and intense fruitiness. The finish was long, sweet and full of citric hops. The body was thick, smooth and full. The alcohol was well hidden. Incredible.

Draft @ Vine & Barley. Pours golden orange color with off white head. Big citrus aroma with some caramel. Sweet caramel flavor with lots of grapefruit, orange and lemon. Some earthiness and pretty bitter. Medium body with average carbonation and a resinous mouthfeel. A nice brew.

On tap at the brewery. I am surprised that I am first to rate this. In my opinion this DIPA is way better than the blast. This is darker copper than blast and while all the hoppiness and some bitter is there, this brew is sweeter with more malt backbone and simply tastier all around. i get brown sugar and maple in addition to citrus and pine forest. by far my favorite thing at brewery this weekend.
