Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 2 26/09/2015. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a hal of white head. Aroma is orange rind, peel, corriander, wheat,. Flavour is composed of soapy, big corriander seed, wheat, wit yeast. Palate is fine highish carbonation, medium dry.

Mostly clear, soft, pale, yellow-golden body is topped by a medium-sized white head showing moderate retention.
Fresh, spicy, lovely coriander in the nose is joined by soft bubble gum esters, delicate pils malts and no clove/banana, thankfully. Love that coriander. Wonder if this was as heavy on the coriander when fresh as Miss Saison was on the ginger (doubtful). Very simple, but that’s not a bad thing. No alcohol or flaw.
Soft white pepper phenolics show through more strongly than the coriander, in the flavor, with a chewy, nutty wheat character that is lightened by the delicate honey from the pils malt. Lightly spicy finish brightens thing while hints of orange and bubble gum keep it interesting. Low but fairly engaging carbonation and no alcohol or flaw. Incredibly well-made and simple. Highly drinkable.
No one has a single bad thing to say about it in their ratings, but still gives it a 2.8-3.2! Sigh. No, it’s not an imperial stout....

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Austmann Utpå ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, yeast, light spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, minerals, yeast, spices, saison - wit bier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150926]

Bottle 33 cl. Yellow, cloudy with a minimal white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and fruit. Light bitterness with a short banana end.

Draft @ BBP. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme est légèrement citronné, pointe épicé, le tout reste assez moyen niveau des effluves. Palais met plus en avant la coriandre, malt froment, pointe citrique, malt cara. Léger sans être spéciale, note feuillu en fin de bouche. Epicé devant, un peu trop sur le devant sans vraiment offrir plus de place aux autres ingrédients.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy, light herbal hoppy. Smooth fruity, citrusy and slight herbal. Dry and mild bitter finish. Light spiced.

Fyldig, krydderaktig, appelsinaroma. Fin, delikat, disig, gulgyllent. Nydelig.

Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy pale gold beer, decent white head. Palate is semi dry and lightly crisp. Little floralness and mild sherbetty citrus. Floralness turns bitter before a crisp finish. Not bad.
