Utpå (oot-pawh) is a crisp wheat beer with a bite of zesty orange peel and fresh cracked coriander. This is our trinute to lazy weekends and all things summer.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15. Hazed orange with a moderate off White covering. Nose is straw, citric sherbets, herbal notes. Taste comprises lemon rind, floral tones, faint white pepper, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for style if a little on the sweet side.

Tap at Borefts ’15. Pours hazy golden with a small off white head. Aroma of light fruits and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled @ Borefts 2015 day 2. Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, sweetish, lightly herbs or spices, lightly floral, bit perfumy. Quite low bodied. Ok beer, not great.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy straw yellow color with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with lemon, candy, spices, soap and flowers. The flavor has more soap and flowers along with grass, citrus and pale malt. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and light bitterness. A wit with lots of the flowers stuff, but a nice aroma.

Heller, typisch hefig herber Kräuterantrunk. Steigende Herbe, leicht bitter, erfrischend. Gut. 8/10/11/11//11

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Borefts 2015. Day 1. Hazy golden, creamy white. Nose is fresh oily garlic hops, young garlic, herbal, touch citrus,… Taste is weird garlic, young garlic mixed with candy sweetness, oily sugar, soap,.. Weird sweet & yeasty body. Quite a mess.

Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Gewürzen, hefig, Kräuter. Geschmack süß malzig, bananig, hefig, Gewürze.

At Borefts 2015. Aroma of wheat and tart. Taste is very mild, with some wheat, mild tart and fruits. Summer beer.

On tap at Borefts 2015. Clear gold lasting white head. some soap some cereal. Yep lemon soap. Refreshing though.
