Bottle at De Paas. Clear golden with short lasting white head. Spicy Belgian yeast, light banana and caramel, light dough, hint of minerals, dried apple and apricot. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Not bad but mine was almost flat, though a friend ordered another bottle and this had a nice head and carbonation so there’s some variation.
