Flaska från beernavigator. En trippel med vete- råg- och kornmalt. Kryddig och örtig doft med drag av brett. Bra balans, rejäl örtig beska, pomeransskal, brett, komplex men ren smak. Torr stram trippel som jag gillade mycket.

Bottle. Dirty amber with an off-white head that fades to a coat. Aroma of oranges, apricots, herbs, alcohol. A little syrupy. Sweet and very bready with lots of oranges and mandarins. Bitter herbal finish with some alcohol at the end. Odd - tripelish with an overstrong wit feel, then chuck in what is presumably rye. Interesting beer but didn’t love it.

Pours dark amber with a small head.Nose shows caramel, bready malt and a cidery notes. Also some booze.Very similar flavours. Sweet malt, bready and caramel notes. Cider and industrial characters. Soft booze.Carbonation is too high.

Bottled. Cloudy orange with a white head with good lasting and nice lacework. Aroma is malty, sugar, moderate yeasty and with alcoholic sensation. Flavor is sweet, caramelish, bready, plumbcake, yeasty and fruity. Rounded mouthfeel, creamy and smooth on palate. Sweet and alcoholic final.

Bottle from Willems, Grobbendonk. Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, spicy and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 070113

33 cl bottle thanks to Ingo! BB APR 2011, sampled on January 4, 2013.Cloudy amber color, small yellow head. Sweet, cheesy, herbal scent. Sweet, bitter, herbal, apple, alchohol taste. Warming alcohol. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Spicy and fruity aftertaste.

Bottle shared by Elwood. Thanks! Pours a murky orange color with a thin frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart canned fruits, peach, apricot, grain, herbal notes and a weird fishy note. The taste is herbal notes, bitter earthy and catty notes. Medium bodied. This is an odd beast.

Aroma has citrus, some peaches, yeasty and distant floral notes. Flavour is rather strong on citron. Also some sweetish banana esthers, peaches and yeast notes. Feels like a decent tripel.

(Draught at Delirium Tap Bar, Brussels, 18 Oct 2012) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with yeast, orange peel and caramel. Fruity, malty taste with notes of orange peel, dried apricots, caramel, candy sugar and a sweetish finish with a spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Nice one.

33 cl. fles gekocht bij Willems – thuis opgedronken. Donker, wazig amber / oranje met een kleine witte kraag. Ruikt zoet met mandarijnen incl. schil, marmelade, zoete kruiden, zoet brood, andere granen, wat zoeter, lekker hoppig en wat kruiden. Smaak is zoetig mandarijnen schil, zoete zomerfruit, zoet brood, kruiden, sinasappel, bloemen, gevolgd door een leuke hopigheid, kruiden, andere granen, gierst, interessante kruidige einde, wat witte peper, bitter. Lichtjes romig, overrijpe fruit mondgevoel. Interessant, leuk, BA versie was nog een beter. Prachtige brouwerij.
