75cl merci Pierre T. Exited, then saw using elderflower extracts .... bah. Fin orange, col blanc.

Shared 2 * 750 ml. bottles @ Gollem. Of which I drank probably easily a full 750 ml. bottle. I should have not tried this one after trying “Goedele’s Bloesem” because that beer is basically a clearly a vastly superior version of this one. This one is a really nice taken on its own. Poured a rather hazy orange with only a small off-white head. Nose was rather dominated by yeast unlike the “Goedele’s Bloesem”, a bit to yeast but some really nice funk from the elder flowers, light sour, a bit muted by the yeast, lots of funk from the flowers, light zest & lemon. Taste is seminal, a bit too much yeast, muting the beer a bit too much but still some really lovely funk & elder flowers, clearly present, lovely funk from them with some zest, lemon, light sourness. A bit yeasty,… Keep going this way Lindemans. A tad too yeasty but the flower profile is lovely, faint lemon is nice & the funk is very beautiful, lots of it coming from the flowers. I may need to procure more from this one. Too bad that I had the other one first.

Clear blond beer, creamy irregular small off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, some tropical fruits, lychee, bit sourish. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour tart start, complex, bit grassy, lemony touch, fruity notes. Aftertaste: bit grassy, sour, lots of citrus, some grapefruit, lychee, spicy, slightly floral. Lovely beer!
