Bottle shared by JK, thanks! Pours a clear amber with a pink hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has funk and sweet grains with a bit of flora and tart light fruits backing. Flavor has menthol and funk with a bit of earthiness and sweet grains.

Bottle at home. Pours slightly unclear yellow with a white fizzy head. Dry with loads of hay, a bit of cheesy funk and some lemon. Average everything. I guess this is a perfect introduction to the style, but nothing really stands out.

Bottle - pours a slightly hazy orange with a white head which quickly dissipated to a film. A sweetish geuze aroma, cider apples, wood, funk and floral honey. The flavour is good, a nice balance of sweet and sour, lemon, honey, wood and yeasty notes of the wild fermentation. Nice.

Red with little white head. Aroma is gooseberry, cherry, some wood, pips. Taste is intense sourness, some bitter cherry stuff as well. Intense and heavy on the tongue, not so easily drinkable but still enjoyable. Good one.

Bottle from Bacchanalia, drunk at home. Dark gold, very clear with lots of natural carbonation. Almost zero head. Woody basement odours, overripe tangerine, but also a sweet almost floral note. Taste is tart and sharp. With almost a salted caramel savoury hit to balance. The sourness stays on the the tongue during the long finish. Kumquat peel and sour cherry in the aftertaste. Top top beer in my opinion. Need to try the others...
