Aroma of ripe fruits, citrus, yeast, quite herbal. Flavour is fruity and herbal, medium sweetness. The particular herbal notes give this beer a bit unfresh, unsavoury character. I prefer their IPA.

Bottle. Brewed at Het Brouwdok nowadays, still 6% ABV. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, herbal. Taste: Malty, herbal notes of coriander, hints of orange, orangepeel. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness. Ok blond beer.

Blonde ale brewed by a client brewery in Lemmer, a picturesque town in southern Friesland; tasted there from a bottle at some random pub. Snow white, moussy, small-bubbled, stable but slowly breaking head, misty peach blonde robe with vague ochre-ish tinge. Aroma of coriander seed, damp kitchen towel, banana peel, peach, powder sugar, sandwiches, white soap. Sweetish onset with impressions of unripe banana, dried apricot and apple peel, fizzy and even stingy carbonation, strongly minerally through a supple, cereally pale malt sweetishness with some honeyish residue on top yet not overly sweet; what is overly present though, is soapy coriander seed, dominating the finish and overruling a soft, floral hop bitterishness. Yet another boring Belgian style ‘terrasjesblondje’, overcoriandered and simplistic, but technically alright.

Fles 33cl thuis. EBU 28. Maltig, caramel, hop (magnum, saaz, styrian goldings), redelijk koolzuur, fruitig, licht kruidig, bittertonen, zoet overheerst. (7-9-2019).

Bottle from ShivanDragon, thanks! Golden color. Dried citrus fruit in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor. Thinnish with citrus. Fairly low on carbon. Lacks character, though quite drinkable.
