A golden ale using English hops throughout, in particular Bramling Cross. A blend of lager, pale and wheat malt gives a smooth but refreshing mouthfeel.

Bottle on 21st October 2020 from Co-Op, Kentish Town. Pours hazy amber with thick but rapidly diminishing off-white foam and partial lacing. Tangy and grassy aroma. Grassy hoppiness with tangy fruits on caramel malt in-mouth. A finish of grass and citrus zest. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Jamboree Cask at Southampton arms, London. Golden color, clear, almost no head sadly. Aroma is super fruity and juicy, plenty of bready malts and resiny hops, very flavored, taste has a salty note, umami, juicy. At the end an intense and lingering bitterness comes up. Soft to flat carbonation, medium body, long aromatic dry finish. Lovely hoppy golden ale.

Cask at Baker Street Spoons. A hazy golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, slightly fruity and quite bitter. Expected something better than this to be honest.

500 ml bottle conditioned, as ELB Golden Ale, from Ales By Mail. ABV is 4.8%. Hazy golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of fruity hops, also some unfresh notes of stale marmalade and grain, a hint of spices. The flavour is citric with a bitter and slightly woody finish, but not as fresh as desirable.
