500ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, Jan 16, courtesy of Jeremiah Haddock. The monthly knob beer. Pours brown with creamy white head. Aroma is malty caramel. Taste is musty caramel malt with some dry fruity moments and a couple of twigs. A bit dull.

Draft at GBBF 2013, day 3 - London. Pours clear orange-gold with a frothy white head. Bready nose with hints of butter. Light sweet flavor with more bread, some semi-sharp orange. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry bready finish with nips of toffee. Fine.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Dorset Dorset Knob ].Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, flowers, light to moderate butter, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130814]

Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Poured a clear copper colour with a bubbly round head and a few bubbles. The aroma is resin hop, toffee, light caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter. light sweet with a watery, light metallic hop, woody palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Cask at The Moon in the Square, Bournemouth. Pours clear dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, light fruits and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty, breadish and light caramelish. Bitter, toffee and light breadish malty. Dry, toasted and lingering malty into the finish.
