On tap @ Blumengärten. It said on the board that the beer’s a märzen from Traunstein, so I’m guessing this is the one. Pours clear golden with thin head. A decent, malt-forward lager with no fuss. Sweetish, but not overwhelmingly, good un.

Draught @ Zum Schneider - Munich on the East River. Bright yellow with foamy white head, high carbonation, sweetish malty taste, crisp finish. Nice but a bit light.

Draught at Deep Ellum, 9/13/15. Listed as "Traunstien Festbier (Germany)" with no other info given, so I assume this is the one?
Clear, light golden body is a bit lighter than your average oktoberfest with a large white head that slowly fades to cover.
Fresh and hoppy in the nose, quite a bit more so than I’m used to in German festbiers. But it’s lovely, with herbal and spicy hops soaking in to honey and light bread dough from the malts. Clean, with little house character and no alcohol noted.
Light pale malted flavor has plentiful honey and some dough-like notes showing less richness and more sessionability than your average fest, but very hoppy and exceedingly clean. Ample carbonation, well-attenuated malts and a crisp finish. Borderline pilsner-like, but whatever the case, still excellent and very drinkable.
