Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy pale yellow with small white foamy head, yeast aroma, medium carbonation, spicy vanilla like Belgian yeast taste, medium spicy finish. Very refreshing and tasteful.

Approximately 2 ounce sample at the Brewery tasting room in Bay Shore, New York. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a small white head. The aroma is nice fresh wheat, yeast phenols show and a bit of citrus fruit. The taste is the nose, grainy wheat, clove yeast phenols, and nicely manages sweetness from the malt. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and a nice dry finish. This is my type of Saison. Of the beers I sampled here, I liked this and the Massive IPA the best.

A hazed blonde saison with a thick white head. In aroma, a smooth talcum fruity ester malt with light sulphury notes. In mouth, a smooth sweet banana malt, cloves, wit-like, smooth. On tap at TAP NY, April 28, 2012.
