Bottle, 2014 vintage consumed in 2020. Almost clear golden body under a small, rather fast disappearing white head. Looks great. Aroma has a combination of ripe, sweet apple and acidic fresh apple. Moderate acidic aroma with some of cellar notes. Taste is nice, rich, ripe, sweet apple with balancing acid and some wood. Fine body and long lasting, very pleasant aftertaste. Nice, quite classic French cider.

2017 bottle, 5,5 % abv. Huge thanks to Tomo for sharing this with Marko and me. Pale golden in colour. Buttery apple, vanilla, elegant sweet fruity touch. Some sugar, vanilla cake. Very drinkable, soft and elegant. Slightly sweeter.

Bottle, Cidre Bouché 2017. Full yellow-golden body. Harmonious aroma, honey and fermented apple, light herbal touches by the end. Prickly, elegant, clean taste, sweetish fermented apple, light tartness, light herbal touches. Pure elegance!

As „Familie Dupont Cidre Bouché (2017)”. Crystal clear dark gold, sparkling white head. Smells of apple juice with some cidery funk. Similar taste - sweet and simplistic, light highly carbonated body, mild cidery - cannot even call it vinegary - notes. Not serious.

Tap at Beerttoria. Lovely smell, reminiscent of childhood cider lollies some how. Loads of apple, the intensity of which swirls around. Taste is great too, rich fruitiness, apples of course. Can't rate ciders it seems... very nice though. Tiny bit of sweetness. But just so much apple.

2019/08/31 Bottle shared at home, 2017 label, picked up at the source. Clear golden applejuice with a thin white ring head and soft lacing. Sweet bitter and tart apples, sweet red juicy apples, some bitter green and mealy yellow, some sour greens. 🍎🍏A narrow but densely loaded spectrum with soft hints of caramelised fruit sugars, mustardy spices, earthy and woody notes. A short lived complexity swirls up in the mouth with every sip swallowed, then calms into a sweet and pleasant balanced blend of apples with a soft layer of rustic woody tones. Dupont cidre has a signature mouthfeel that is a tad more oilier and more wine-like than most (not all) of the other Normandy ciders I’ve tried. Medium body and soft carbonation. Quality stuff, now where is the funk? --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre Bouché (2017) on 31 Aug 2019 at 20:00 - Score: 7. Original review text: Sweet bitter and tart apples, sweet red juicy apples, some bitter green and mealy yellow, some sour greens. 🍎🍏A narrow but densely loaded spectrum with soft hints of caramelised fruit sugars, mustardy spices, earthy and woody notes. Signature oily feel.

75cl bottle (5,5%) as “Famille Dupont Cidre Bouché” vintage 2016 from the cidery (visited 9. 5. 2019). F: medium, off-white, very quick gone. C: gold, almost clear. A: nice apples, sour apples, woody tones, bit barnyard, light funky. T: light sour apples, bit funky, dry on the palate, bit mineral, bit bretty, fresh apples green peels, bit puckering, bit disturbing high carbonation yet very nice balanced with wild touch, fully enjoyed.
