Draught from mark bar. Pours a light amber. Nice head and lacing. Floral aroma. Clean hops taste. Best Peak I’ve had.

Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy dark orange with small foamy off-white head, light grassy hops aroma, low carbonation, yeasty taste with moderately piney hops flavor, medium finish. Leaves much to imagination I’m afraid.

Bottle. Pours crystal clear orange, small beige head, dissipates fairly slowly, decent lacing. Aroma is dank, caramel, cat piss. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, cat piss and danked up pine needles. Light body.

From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Juicy tropical fruit and light citrus flavors. Light bitter finish.

Clear gold. No head aroma is pineor ward, a little tropical fruit thin taste. Finish is thin, simcoe is tasty but not a lot going on. It’s a good thing I like this hope variety.

Draft. Clear copper color in a standard shaker. Aroma is mild pine and caramel. Body is the light side of med. The flavor is mostly pine with the light malt sweetness. Bitterness is lightly lingering.

Bottle to glass. Spring grass and slight pine. Pours a copper-gold with ivory head. Taste is overt pine with slight citrus. Fresh and clean with moderate low hop bitterness.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Nice grapefruit and pine aroma at first but disapates quickly.. Grapefruit and pine flavor with earthiness. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and pine linger with earthiness and a little grain.

Bottle. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Almost clear golden. Aroma of piney and fruity hops. Flavor has some dry-ish malt, slightly sweetish, with some piney hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Nice.
