12oz bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Standard nose, grain, flowers, dough. Flavor is the same, a little cheap malt, biscuit, yeast, a touch estery here. Watery finish.

This beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Average overall.

On tap at Spitzer’s Corner, New York. Pours golden with white head. Grassy and malty aroma. Crisp malty taste, light floral taste. Bit yeasty. Not particulary good.

Draught. Pale yellow color with small white foamy head, honey aroma, low carbonation, somewhat flat taste, abrupt finish. Slightly better than the tap water.

Bottle shared in CT - picked up at Top Hops. Pours clear yellow with a flimsy white foam head. Simple pale bread nose, light biscuits, faint paper. Light to medium sweet flavor with mild floral hops, straw, faint lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with further biscuits, straw, white bread, hay. Simple but easy drinking.

Tap at spizers corner before doing shots and getting myself in doghouse, so this could be last rate for a few days. Pours light hazy yellow with thin nose of lemon and wheat. Tastes mostly yeasty, with some lemon, floral notes, pepper, and banana. Thin bodied slightly bland.

A pale blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, crisp malt with grassy hops. In mouth, a pedestrian little number with crisp malt, faint hops, boring. On tap at Brooklyn Pour 2013.

Spitzer’s Corner, NY tap: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma is light malts, a little bit of fruitiness, and a hint of grass. Taste is slightly sour, but mostly bready, with a slight hop undertone. An enjoyable enough session.

Location: Draft at Spitzer’s Corner, 12/29/12
Aroma: The nose has some yeast/wheat notes, a little citrus, and some pepper too
Appearance: It pours a mostly clear orange color with a lasting white head and mid-heavy lace
Flavor: Tastes medium sweet, with some noticeable pepper and wheat, and it finishes lightly bitter
Palate: This one has a light-medium body, with a fizzy carbonation, and a dryish finish
Overall Impression: Good to see a new brewery pop-up in NYC (or atleast new to me, I’d never had any of their beers before). Welcome Alphabet City! As for the beer, this was a decent one. The flavor was different from my expectations from this style due to being kind of wheaty and peppery in addition to (or in place of) what you’d expect in a "Kolsch style beer" (as the description notes). Certainly worth trying.
