En de tulipa, color ámbar cobrizo, espuma blanco nacarado de media-alta retención. En nariz desprende aromas poco acentuados a malta tostada, caramelo, frutos rojos...muy discreto, por no decir algo pobre. En boca es dulzona, con cierto punto ácido, muy poco amarga, notas de frutos rojos, caramelo...nada especial. Se deja beber , aunque tiene un punto 'regulero' que no se...

On tap @Wiener Haus (Rome). Ambrata carica/rossastra, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca medio-abbondante e persistente. Al naso note di malto, caramello, frutta secca. In bocca è dolce con amaro finale leggero a bilanciare. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Non male.

Pint on tap at The Clover, Madrid. Ruby red pour with a nicely compact, off-white head. Very mild aromas of bread, iron filings and some memories of what could be red berries -but nope, forget that last one. Tastes very little and is quite watery and low on carb. Abrupt finish. Bah.

On tap at il portico thiene as st.benoit. Amber color, clear, big white head, persistent, lot of lacing. Aria light caramel malts with grass and a vague fruity note. Taste flattish, light bitter. Light body average carb clean dry finish.

Color ambar oscuro. Espuma abundante al servir que se desvanece rápido. Aroma irregular. Pero muy buen sabor combinando caramelo (bastante dulce) y hierbas. Muy agradable en boca, quizá pecando en exceso de dulzor. Nada que ver con las abadía o trapenses típicas, mucho más contundentes y complejas (en esta se nota el menor alcohol). Pero por el contrario es bien bebible.

330 ml bottle, as Te Deum Amber - Rousse Abdijbier Bière Belge, from Alcampo Gran Canaria. ABV is 5.9%. Ext. Sec. Prim. 14.2%. Brown colour, large off-white head. Moderate aroma of malts and "spicy" Belgian ale yeast, hints of caramel. Pretty bland flavour for an "abbey beer", some malts and a little caramel, but not very sweet.

Botella de 33 cl en varias varias ocasiones hace ya tiempo,,, época belga,,,,. Colección Fcpref 22..11..2003. color ambar bastante oscuro con toques rojizos y bastante transparente. Espuma marfil poco persistente. Aromas dulces y gaseosos. Sabores Dulces a caramelo con algo de tostado y acabando con un muy muy ligero amargo. Pasable...................... Caña.. 20-01-14 en el corner de Oviedo. Como lo de arriba pero tal vez un poco mas apagado. Pasable. Bastante dulce para estos tiempos.
