Hopfiger, eher aber prickelnder herber Antrunk mit sehr leichter Malznote, die sich im Mittelteil hintergründig festigt. Klebrig werdend, die Hopfigkeit nimmt etwas ab, bleibt aber auf präsentem Niveau und Hauptaroma. Ausgewogen, wenig nach Kräutern und etwas hellmalzig. Gelungenes Sessionbeer, dem es an tiefgründigen Aromen aber etwas mangelt. 13/9/10/8/8/9

Bottle, at Het Oude Schooltje, thanks to Carlo. It pours amber with a thick, foamy off-white head and moderate to high carbonation. The nose is pine, floral, resin, farmyard, grapefruit and strawberry. The taste is bread, grass, hay, grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange peel and resin, with a long bitter finish. Fresh and very drinkable.

bottle@home: description on the bottle says that his is an American inspired IPA, made with 5 different kinds of hops, three-way colab between Alvinne, Struise & Pipeworks, brewed at Alvinne, sounds not bad to me, pours a cloudy brown/amber colour with a somewhat creamy white head, smells like floral hops, pine & caramel, tastes very earthly, strong, sharp bitter earthly hops, some kind of tree syrup, pine, hint of caramel, grapefruits (more like bitter peel rather than the fruit flesh), grass, sort of tastes brown (don’t know if things can taste like colours), medium body, somewhat above medium carbonation, interesting, I am digging this, recommended to hopheads

Bottle looks a bit complex, not my favourite style of a bottle. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts strong, hoppy-woody with some dry-scratchy notes. Some fruity hints in the background. Finish a bit moldy, dry-bitter hopnotes in the aftertaste. Not my favourite!

Bottle. Gusher, huge head on a clear dark golden base. Grassy, spongy and citric aroma. Grass, pine, clementine, claylike notes. Dry body, mellow mouthfeel, salty on the palate. grassy and pine/resin aftertaste.
