Bottle shared. Pours cloudy orange with an off white head. Aroma of light fruity hops, citrus and yeast. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bmoderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Would be quite a nice refreshing session beer if it was at 5%

33cl bottle courtesy of and shared with Kermis. Thick creamy white head. Cloudy orange pour. Slight bitterness. As Julian said more of a saison than an IPA

Take 2 as the first bottle was grim. Only a minor improvement here. Hazy deep gold with a good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, fine carbonation. Dry and bitter yeast. Whisper of floral lemon. Touch of thin dry cream. Dry finish. Bitter linger. Very messy and really not showcasing the hops.

26/VII/14 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ Zwommie's place - BB: IV//2018 (yes, because you want to keep an ipa laying around for 4 years...) (2014-844)
Little cloudy deep orange beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing. Aroma: lots of citrus, yeasty, grassy hops. MF: ok carbon, medium body. taste: bit sweet, dry bitterness, malty, citrus, spicy, some coriander, unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: bit sweet, some exotic fruits, yeasty touch, pretty bitter.

Bouteille 33cl @ RBBSG III. Batch #1. Holy batman, pls stop making all these beers and focus on brewing a decent one instead.

33 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks to ElManana! Golden white head. Sour nose, lactic, spoiled yoghurt, incredibly thick plaster-like yeast. Tastes of thick plaster yeast, lactic, spoiled yoghurt, chalk, nasty bitter,… Body is just thick yeast. Just awful.

Sampled @ RBBSG III. Hazy orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit herbal, quite bitter, high fizzy carbonation. Hmm not very good.

Bottle from De Hopduvel. Hazy yellow colour, nice white creamy head. Medium carbonation. Nose of hops. Medium balance. Very yeasty (typical Belgian yeast) with floral notes and notes of brown sugar. Harsh bitter finish. Not easy to drink. Not very well balanced. Strange IPA.
