Aroma of sour fruits, sour citrus. Flavour is the same, just lots of sour fruits. Very refreshing, but a bit straightforward and definitely more Sour than Saison.

Pours cloudy copper with thin white head and fruity aroma. Light & fruity for a saison with zesty berries, bright lemon juice, soft yeast, a touch of sour and a cereal finish.

How: Draught.
Where: BrewDog Sheperds Bush, London.
Appearance: Amber colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, wheat, citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, some funk, citrus.

Tap at Brewdog, Birmingham. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is orange citrus. The flavour is light bitter with a big orange citrus light aspirin palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Had this on Tap at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, London, Tuesday 12th August 2014 Pours hazy gold a tingly sourness, a little thin. Thrusty lemonyness but not spicy. Good, refreshing. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4

Keg at BD Shepโ€™s. Poura clear, yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Lovely, clean zesty lemon nose with slightdry wheat. Light sweet flavor with mild lemon rind, wheat, faint acidity. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and dry on the finish, lightly sweet, with some lemon tartness, citrus pith, mild rindy bitterness. Really crushable stuff.

Kegat Brewdog Shepardโ€™s bush. Aroma is nice floral and zippy lemon zest. Translucent yellow straw with a fine white head. Flavour is dull wheat, some staling, dough and lemon zing. Not much saison yeast character. Palate is light and doughy fine carbonation. Decent.

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, pepper, citrus, light tart fruit and a little Brett. Flavour is light sweet and light to light moderate acidic. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg @ Brewdog Camden. Pours cloudy copper with thin white head and fruity aroma. Light & fruity for a saison with zesty berries, bright lemon juice, soft yeast, a touch of sour and a cereal finish.

On tap at Buxton Tap House, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out Belgian yeast, light citric fruitiness, and some rustic notes. Flavour is light on the citric tartness, followed by hay, rustic notes and Belgian yeast. Finishes dry and tart, with a citric finish. Very light but drinkable. Good stuff.
