At Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy golden colour, dominant American hops in both aroma and flavour, but not too extreme. The discrete notes of Belgian ale yeast do not keep this from being a recognizable Double IPA.

At Borefts BF 2010. Some esters on aroma, some diacetyl which I’ve got from some of the Midtfyns beers before. Some ok hop. Bit empty and not very hoppy and not very Belgian.

On tap at KØ-10, as Aktieøl. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. Caramel-sweetish nose with a nice banana fruityness. Some citrus. The flavor follows the same path, with caramel sweetness and citrusy, bananaish fruityness. Some white sugar towards the end. Full-bodied and effervescent, dry yet sweetish, and quite smooth. A pleasant one, drinking rather nice too. 100508
