Bouteille 50cl de Vinochope, Perpignan. BB 10/2021, lot# L288. Light gusher.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Mother Kelly's BG. Pour some clear honey-gold with creamy, white head. Good stuff, some dried pale grains, wheat flakes, lemon peel, mellow yeast expression, mellow grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with grassy bitterness, orange peel, a little alcohol. Decent.

Bottle. Nose is floral, funk, brett, pastry, peach, summer fruits. Taste is a sour without being acidic, grape, malty, oak, floral, green apple, hint of balsamic, funk in the very dry finish. Second pull brings more of the citrus, lots of lime and grapefruit and grapefruit juice. Very good.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Moderate sweet and sour, wild yeast, floral, fruity. Taste: Moderate sweet, malt, wild yeast funk notes, floral hints and bit wry fruity notes of grapefruit, grapes and peach. Light to moderate sour and hopbitter notes. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice one.
