Draft at Kill the Cat, Brick Lane. Mid to dark gold with a slight haze and a minimalist suggestion of white head. Light tart aroma, some mothball notes, some posset. Basic and a bit muted but nice. Tart taste, some lemon, some yoghurt. A rounded if short finish with lots of carbonation. It's a great beer but I want more from it.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Lior D. Clear pale golden. Lacto, citrus, some phenolic smokiness, sourish, some salt. Nice and refreshing.

A clean medium sour beer. Light and very easy drinking. A funk, but not barnyard style on the nose sets this gose apart from the rest. La Fleurs Malt du le Bar Lyon

31-01-19 // on tap at Protokoll Berlin for Le French Invasion. That’s a fantastic Gose. Unclear yellow. Mild citric, mild sourness. Some smoked wheat malt aromas give a great twist. Mild salt. Simply top

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey Craft beer tasting at Villa Abdou, merci Richard. BB 06/2019.
