It is a really good beer, a leffe in dry version and simply better, hoppy, dry and mineral, malt, sparkling sensation, good job!!!!, buying it at the place de l'Aligre, Paris, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz, 14.11.2017

5/3/2020. Bottle from Bières Cultes - Rue des Halles, Paris. Pours hazy very pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, hops, flowers and light herbs. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, quite watery and fizzy. Not bad but lacked depth.

On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Light golden and cloudy color with a medium-high irregular creamy foam. Nose: citric, lemon zest, herbal. Mouth: dry, citric and very bitter. Lovely.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Willy, BB01/2019.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Light peachy lemony. Very light saison character. I mean a weird saison. Not very saisony but fine as a golden ale.

330ml bottle from Cave a Bulles, Paris. Pours a hazy blonde, small foamy white head. Aroma has fresh floral yeast, light spice. Taste similarly fresh, nicely sweet, floral with spicy hints. Very well balanced, drinkable with a confident carbonation. Excellent saison.
