Draft @ Osteria Del Borgo, Roma. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme houblonné bien mis en avant, léger sur les effluves d'agrumes et un léger fini résineux. Palais est léger avec un bel effet résineux rappelant le c-hops, à voir quel type de houblons italiens, peut-être du Cascade?, petite pointe de menthe, fini plaisant et sec. Base maltée reste correcte, pils et pâle avec un léger cara.

Bottle. Golden color. Aroma: spicy and herbaceous hops, slightly spicy yeast, fruity. Taste: sweetish, malt, a little spice of hops and yeast, mild hop bitterness of hop.

Bottle from Eataly, Genoa February 2017 consumed at home on an afternoon of cooking a Ghoulash, Spaghetti and Strawberry and Meringue ice cream/frozen yoghurt. Hazy gold with a very slim white head. We both get soapy hops, lacks a little with the carbonation and is a little too sweet. A touch of dusty hop after the initial soapiness, it’s a bit lacking if truth be told. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

330ml bottle. Pours pale gold. Floral, apricot, chalk, not much malt character. Nothing fantastic.

Bottle, enjoyed 1,5 years before bbd. Pours slightly hazy, with a small creamy head. Very mellow aroma with grassy hops, and sweet malts with toffee and cereals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is dry yeast, malts with cereals and cardboard, and perfumey, grassy hoppy notes.
