Clear dark brown colour, off-white head. Light roasted aroma, roasted malts, light condensed milk, chocolate. Full malty flavour, lactose, light sweet, chocolate, milk chocolate and light fruitiness. Medium body, but quite full for such a low ABV. Light roasted finish with pronounced milk chocolate / chocolate milk notes.
Quite powerful flavours for the 3.5% ABV. Mild Madness. Nice one!

Bottle: Poured a clear light black color ale with a super huge foamy head with great retention and some very good lacing. Aroma consists of caramelized malt with some light roasted notes and a on of lactose. Taste is quiet different with some good notes of caramel and lightly sweet roasted malt with some lactose. Some black chocolate notes could also be detected. Body was light with super great carbonation. This is a singular beer for sure and I something I could see drinking on a semi-regular basis.

750ml bottle. Clear darkest brown with medium to huge macropore off-white to beige head. Pungent sour note on the first nose; thereafter a roasty dark malt aroma predominates, but in a way disguised. Taste has cautious roasty, slightly sweet dark malt and chocolate notes, all somewhat hidden or awaiting to be released completely. Doesn’t have the character of being too light or thin: Everything seems to be there, just awaiting to be set free.

Bottle from Meny, Oslo City. Pours deep amber with a small light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and milk. Some sweetness, but surprisingly fresh and tasty. Much more flavour than expected at this ABV. Very drinkable and a very nice low ABV beer.

02/07/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap).

33 cl. bottle @ Delirium Hoppy Loft: A: black with a red hue & tanned head – S: lots of sweet charcoal, touch of coal as well, roasted malts & plenty of lactose powder – T: roasted malt, sweet charcoal, ashes, roasted wood, hint of fruits, cocoa powder, touch of hops, roast & plenty of lactose powder – B: very full especially (but not just for a) 3.5 %, slightly powdery structure like milk powder or trampled charcoal (nice), clearly present carbonation, I had no idea what to expect with this one but whatever this was, I loved it to bad that the excitement slightly wore off by the end because the more I drank it, the slightly more interesting more parts began being somewhat overpowered and an overhaul was made to the other side

Thanks 77ships for the share. Couleur brun clair, col beige fin.

Bottle, as Whole Milk Mild, at Schouskjelleren, Oslo. ABV 3.5%. Brewed for Alex Liberati at Brouwerij de Molen. OG 1037, FG 1011, IBU 22.1. Hops are Premiant and Sladek. Unfiltered. "Each label scratched by a genuine cat." Dark brown colour, large beige head. Intense aroma of pine wood, stale sea water and ashes, possibly infected? The flavour is lactic and smooth, a slight roastiness, just a hint of wood and sea water.
