Enjoyed on tap at Hampton Station in Tampa, FL. Decent for the style, more malty / caramel than others, doesn’t pack the punch of a 10 ABV brew. Tastes more like a barleywine in my opinion.

Draft @ Six Ten.

A golden orange amber DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light solvent notes, fusel alcohol, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, resinous character, grapefruit pulp, light sulfur notes, a bit off, OK. On tap at brewery.

Growler shared at RBWG ’15 Grand Tasting @ Coppertail, thanks to whomever shared this one, 21/02/15. Light brown with a moderate off white covering. Nose carries light hop notes, caramel malt, spice, bitter orange fumes. Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter citric peel, vanilla, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter hop rinse. Ok.

Draught at the source, clear Amber color with very little head. Aroma is a ton of fruity notes, pineapple, mango, peach and a dose of malt.
Flavor shows a nice fruity profile upfront with a good malty body to balance it. This batch come in at 10% and it drinks like a a much lower gravity 5-7 % gosh damn that is smooth and easy to drink! The flavor is as good as any other big DIPA you will find.

Growler shared during RBWG 2015. Pours clear copper with a foamy white head. Rich, ripe citrus fruits in the nose with lightly toasted pale malts. Medium to heavy sweet flavor with further hefty citrus character, some orange, also tropical fruit aspects, mango, papya, plenty of robust malt character as well. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming and resinous on the finish with juicy fruits, low bitterness, moderate alcohol boost. Good stuff overall.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with small beige head. The aroma is pine and citrus, similar flavor to nose with nice resin finish. Very impressive.
