Bottle. Just an ok tasting beer. Nice balance but also rather bland. SInce it is a summer beer if this were really cold on a hot day, it would go down great but somewhat average otherwise. Does have that wheat, bread aroma, again not overpowering. Don’t really get the hibiscus like in the description.

Clear, slightly hazy golden coloured body with a thinnish creamy white head. Aroma of slightly skunky malt, light citrus, some yeast, a touch of bananas and a bit of sweetness - nothing too nice. Light- bodied; Pungent herbal and bitter malt notes with very little else going on - a touch of yeast perhaps. Aftertaste has some mild spices, a little malt and almost nothing else - mild. Overall, not such a great beer, but not horribly offensive either. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 09-October-2011 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 15-October-2011.

A hazed golden ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a mineral malt with grainy notes and fruity esters notes. In mouth, run of the mill wheat beer, wheat malt, fruity and grainy. On tap at Twin City Brewfest August 13 2011.

Light gold, sluggish head-- why are these American Wheat Ales always so damn undercarbonated? Aroma picks things up, though, with a yeasty center backed by a floral note. The taste starts yeasty and slightly sour, but quickly changes to dry and spicy with a oddly tangy fade. Nothing is unpleasant , but the flavors all seem too fleeting to nail down. Mouthfeel is decent but slack. Okay, but not doing anything to grow my appreciation of the style. (4/24/09)

12oz bottle–pours a dissipating white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is spice hops, wheat, clove. Taste is dry spice hops-slight, wheat, clove, and slight banana, metallic. Thanks to decaturstevo for sharing this.

Pours with a slightly hazy lemon yellow body under a small white head. Lemony aroma with some funky yeast. Spritzy and slightly tart. Light and lemony.

bottle. pours hazy golden, with thin white head. Aroma has a good nose of wheat with light yeast as well as some hops and citrus aroma. Taste, I enjoyed this one a lot with a good mix of the wheat and light mouthfeel of caramel malts in the finish. Light yeasty palate with some citrus hops. Light, very enjoyable.

Bottle on 11/28/2008 in the Great Butters Tasting of 2008. Slightly hazy golden body with a medium foamy white head. Wheat, spice and light citrus aroma. Wheat flavor, light grain, more citrus and yeasty hints. Medium light body with moderate carbonation.
