Finally, Hop Hearty Ale, the Wisconsin I.P.A. you've been thirsten' for. This ale is brewed with the best of Old and New World Hops. Then we infuse the aging tanks with a dry hop addition of Cascade and East Kent Goldings to bring home the hops!

Expect this ale to pour a glass brimming with rich caramel flavors along with an intense hop aroma that you won't soon forget. Cleanly bitter and aromatic, this ale is not for the faint of heart.

Twelve ounce bottle from a friend. Thanks! Pours a reddish gold color with a medium head. Decent head retention and nice lacing. Tons of different hop notes are here, floral, citrus, resin, earthy, herbal, along with some caramel hops. Taste is citrus, herbal and earthy hops with some grainy malt notes. Full bodied and slightly sticky in texture. Very nice.

12oz bottle. Deep toffee orange-brown color, looks filtered. Foamy head, fresh stuff. Strong but not astringent orange citrus hop aroma. Rich and malty with a solid hop assault. Really captures a lot of the IIPA characteristics without the high alcohol. Excellent beer. Second time through and I find it to have more English IPA qualities, nice watery body with a pleasant earth hoppyness.

Bottle: Medium amber with a haziness, smaller beige head. Lots of sticky lacing. Citrus filled aroma, light florals and bits of caramel. Flavor is hearty with florals and citrus hops, but a nice amount of malt to balance. Very smooth and easy drinking IPA. Thanks Pepsican.

Courtesy of Gillard. Pours a clear copper with nice tan head. Big aroma with grapefruit hops and an even flow of sweet caramelized maltiness. Grapefruit hops hit in the flavor first followed by roasty malts and caramel malts. There’s a mild toffee note that draws toward butterscotch. Nice mix of malts and hops.

12 oz. bottle from Dansting. Pour is mostly clear orange amber with a nice fluffy off white head. There are carbonation bubbles present. Aroma of sweet malt and some pine hops. Taste is quite malt forward, with the malt sweetness and almost burnt flavor starting, with a nice hop (more of the pine) middle and a quick finish. Well balanced, and very smooth. This was nice. Cheers Dan.
