Bottle, 3 years past the BBD. Pours hazy copper brown with airy beige head. Dusty aroma with notes of hops and yeast and mild touches of malt. Dry, vinous and dusty flavour with notes of malt and yeast and touches of hops, cocoa and black currant. Dusty and vinous aftertaste with malty touches. Warming alcohol presence. A very nice one.

Bottle, 8%. 3½ years past BB date. Citric, funky aroma with a good blackcurrant note. Hazy deep red colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour is quite sweet, teaish to begin with. Has some alcohol bitterness. A little Brett. Pretty good.

[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Brown. Aroma of weird spicy fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with spicy berry fruitiness, malt, caramel. Medium-bodied.

Pre Borefts Tasting at ABC Beers, Den Haag. Lightly hazy red - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Tangy cherry. Little creamy sweetness underneath. Light semi dry finish. Bitter floral linger. Not bad.

Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Deep reddish amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is earthy red berry, spice, blackberry, straw. Taste comprises raspberry, blackberry, light spice, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but doesn’t deliver much on the ABV.
