Bottiglia.

Bottle at home. Aroma of bready malt, apples, Brett funk, ripe fruits, yeast, wine, oak. Flavour is light sweet and light sour with some bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. A bit too malty to really impress me and it could use some more balance, but nevertheless I enjoyed this subtle Bretty oaky Ale.

Bottled. Rubyish copper colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is berries, some yeast, mild tartness, wood and some slight toffeeish tones too. A very kind sour/wild beer, as it's more sweet than sour/tart.

Aroma of caramel malts, brett yeast and woody tones, taste mild sugary with an intense alcohol presence, sour but not too strong, some juicy orangey tones and a winous feeling, finish with fuel notes and yeast.
