Sour, tart, fruity. Vinous, red grapes, some funk. Medium acidity, really dry. Very nice.

Funky, tart and vinous with some grapes, hints of berries and dry sourness. Still nice.

Bottle shared. Very dusty bottle. Not as amazing as fresh maybe, but a lovely funky lambic with soft grapes. Good!

Cantillon Lambic d’Aunis 6.5% Lovely salmon pink color with a wispy pinkish-white foam. Big musty vinous oaky funk aroma. Very acidic dry light bodied brew. The grape and wine like notes are really nice.

Bottle from the brewery. Ruby body with a faint haze and short-lived pale pink head. Lively carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of red wine, cranberry sauce and funky yeast. Flavour of grape skin, earth and bitter lemon with a pleasant tartness. Thin to medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Tart and refreshing. Lovely beer.

Pour at de Garde 10th Anniversary. Ruby pour with a small, thin pinkish head. Fruity aroma, red grapes and pit fruit. FRuitiness carries over to the taste, with the requisite tartness and funky notes. Splendid.
