On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - pale lemon with a decent head. Nose - lemon, flowers and grassiness. Taste - lemon, custard. Light biscuit backdrop. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall -it’s quite light but well balanced.

Cask at the Hog & Partridge, St Neots. Pale gold, clear, a bit of loose white head. Light aromas of lemon and candy sugar. Bittersweet taste, with lovely floral (and less lovely buttery) overtones. Slight bitterness in the short finish. Palette has a little bit more body than I expected. Good enough.

Cask at the Ye Olde Foundry, Dudley. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is yeast, light malt citrus. The flavour is light bitter with a light malt hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Not so much going on but I totally get this beer!
