11% cigar smoked imperial stout.
I turned a 1000 liter fermenter into a bong and smoked a couple of Cohibas through the wort.
Tastes just like kissing a heavy smoker!

29th July 2019, monthly share at Chez Sophie in Shrewsbury. Cheers Paolo for the 330ml bottle, I liked it. Dark brown, tanned top, smokey, peaty, smooth and rich bodied. Different and interesting.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie July 19. Thanks Paolo for this! Pours dark, small tan head. Smoky cigar aroma. Taste does seem to possess a degree of smoked cigar, woody, earthy with some leather. Not a cigar-head personally, but I can appreciate what they've tried to achieve.

Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, a touch of soft, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft sweestish dark malts, little dark malt cream. Little tangy dark fruits. Mellow cigar leaf integrates quite well. A slightly dry and bitterish finish. Not bad at all.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 9 Dec 2017) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate and some tobacco. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, tobacco, black rye bread, liquorice, a touch of smoke and a balanced coffee bitterness. Full body, quite dry. Well balanced for its strength, and with a light smoke touch (whether it's Cohiba is a bit hard to pinpoint, but still interesting). Very nice.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Near black, minimal head. Leather and licorice, mild smoke up front. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Licorice, mild smoke and tar. Black pepper in a mildly warming finish.

Sample at SBWF 2017. Dark brown with a minimal tan head. Aroma of roasted coffee, dark malt, some smoke and dark chocolate. The same in the taste. The body was full and the finish long.
