This is a full flavoured beer integrated with a distinct floral hop which gives it a quality unique to our Pacific Northwest surroundings. This style is evolutionary from a typical IPA with an assertive hop, lower alcohol content, and slight pine aroma. Low in malt character, this beer has a refined quality and a refreshing temperament.

We’ve used ingredients harvested near the Pacific Ocean including Galena, Cascade and Citra hops. Substantive hop flavour paired with a bit of caramel complete the composite to end with a medium finish. Typically consumed in good company amid the Pacific and pine.

Huge piney top on this - wow. Lots of good hops presence. Orange pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish. The hoppy head is top class, though follow through is light and clean. This is the way hop bombs are going these days though. Tap at brewpub.

On tap at the brewery. It is a nice looking orange-copper gold with a thin filmy head. A solid c-hop bouquet that is citrusy but a touch metallic. It’s earthy and has a good clean bitter hop flavor of citrus and pine bark. Rough carbonation but it works with this style. Good for hop lovers.

Hazy honey colour. Nice froth down the glass. Fruity aroma. Taste is full of bright hops (mango, pine, and papaya) along w just a touch of sweet and slightly sticky honeyish malt. Nice, good quaffer.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy light amber color with compact head. The aroma has a good fruity side; some oranges and mango. The body is well structured, thanks to some residual sweetness; malt-toffee flavor, relatively strong bitterness, with a good load of hop resins and some supporting fruitiness, bitter oranges.
Good.

Draft - A little pine with malts. Clear copper with a thin head. Orang citrus with some bitter grapefruit and a nice malty backbone. A very nice balanced APA. Revisted - Still the same.
