Bornem Tripel is een krachtig bier om van te genieten als dessert of als aperitief. Sommigen verkiezen het bij mosselen of andere zeevruchten. Dit abdijbier past ook uitstekend bij een hartige kaasschotel.

On tap @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Dorata, brillante, limpida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di lieviti, esteri, frutta gialla, scorza d'arancia, floreale (camomilla). In bocca è dolce all'attacco con chiusura appena amara a bilanciare, non particolarmente secca. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Decente.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie fenole, estry, owoce. W smaku półwytrawne, lekka strona słodowa, do tego brzoskwinie, morele, nieco jabłek, nuty fenolowe zaznaczone, ale niespecjalnie intensywne. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie średniowysokie, ciało w normie. Niezły, ale daleko do wybitnego.

Servida en tulipa, color amarillo dorado claro, brillante, translucida, que no transparente, espuma blanca de buena retención. Aroma a levadura belga, cereal, malta, banana, pan, fruta con hueso madura y especias. En boca muy agradable, cuerpo medio típico perfil belga, maltoso, repostero, especiado, floral...Muy rica, no falla

Piana znikoma za to gesta i utrzymuje się cały czas. Ładnie oblepia szkło. Mętne. W aromacie niewiele się dzieje, lekko czuć jedynie belgijski słód. W smaku przyjemne lekko ziołowe nuty. Nie czuć że ma 9%. Smaczne, klasyczne.

Kolor jasny, klarowne, piana biała pozostawia lacing, w armoacie owocowy na pierwszym palnie brzoskwinie, w smaku białe owoce , przyprawy korzenne, do tego biszkopt , wanilia , goryczka niska , alkohol ukryty.

Bottle at my mum and dad's. A mostly clear golden straw coloured pour with a big rocky white head. Aroma is straw, rustic grains, apple, spices some hot alcohol. Flavour is composed of stewed grains, spices, tangy apple, stewed fruits, hot alcohol, alcohol bite. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, highish carbonation. A bit hot.

Ljust gyllengul och klar vätska med ett fingertjock lock, bestående av storbubbligt skum. Lätt örtig arom med antydan av degigt ljust bröd. Örtig och jästig i smaken med en neutral beska. Medel munfyllnad med lätt eldighet.

0,33 l bottle from Lidl. Clear golden, nearly two finger white head. Malt and marzipan on the nose. Taste starts malty, some banana and caramel. Increasing dry and alcoholic. Metallic hints. Less fruity than expected. Some sweetness in the aftertaste. Okay.
