I got this in a trade with goaliepride. Thanks Michael!

This pours from 22oz bottle a hazy amber(I smelled the malt as soon as I opened it) with a 1 finger head of foam.

The smell has big notes of caramel and bread with just a bit of citrus hanging around in the background.

The taste is very malty as well. Big bread and caramel sweetness thoroughly dominate the flavour and I'm liking it. Very English like for the style as the hops don't really play much of a role here except in the finish and even then, it has just the slightest of a bittering effect.
It's medium bodied and the carbonation is pretty lightly done. The foam just won't go away, leaving ring after ring on my glass after every sip. Hehe...the more I sip on it, the more I like it and I find that the alcohol is very well hidden.

Well, I'm certainly glad I got a chance to try this IPA and I'd drink it again without hesitation. Good stuff!

Draught at Rattle ’N’ Hum, as part of a flight of beers, on January 30, 2012Hazy brown color, off-white head. Fruity, alcohol, hoppy taste, cream and citrus finish. Gut warming alcohol. Medium smooth mouthfeel, fairly high bitterness. Hoppy fruity scent.

Perfectly cloudy copper coloured body with ruby highlights and a nice tan head to top off the beer. Aroma of fresh hops, caster sugar, toffee and a light spiceyness. Medium to full-bodied; Sharp taste of hops up front with the bitterness following and a very small presence of malt along with some mild sweetness. Aftertaste shows more of the hop bitterness and pretty much nothing else. Overall, one-dimensional and a bit lacking in many respects. Not really worth trying unless you want to maximize on your IPA intake. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Clarendon, Virginia on 08-April-2006 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

22 oz bottle. Pours cloudy bronze with a medium sized head. Hoppy aroma with a slight hint of butterscotch. Smooth IPA, hops hit you at the front with a smooth finish (more butterscotch, some rye). A bit off-balance, but a good effort.

22 oz bottle. It says its an IPA but it’s very malty. Creamy white head which dissipates pretty quickly. Flavor is hoppy, malty, sweet, and a little toasted.

A simple session ipa. Light gold color. Aroma has light, herbal hops, and the flavor is more light hops and some light malt sweetness.

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with dusty notes of hops, combined with notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, mango, and grassy hops.

Bottle from beer swap 2.0 - hurray for unfiltered beer - boo for unfiltered beer that doesn’t taste that great - the aroma is kind of faint sweet malts, with an almost artificial yeasty quality - decent, earthy hops up front, followed by a decent malt balance, but this quickly drops out of the picture, leaving a rather thin, tangy citrus flavor that couples with an aspartame-like sweetness - it has its god points, but it’s bad points are more numerous.
