Old rating - A 330ml bottle, gift from a friend who visited the Cayman Islands. It pours a very orange looking colour with white head, tastes of malt & grain. The weakest of the 4 beers I've tried from this brewery. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 1938

Draft at the Westin on Seven Mile Beach on the Grand Caymans. The pour is clear golden yellow with a ½ inch white head. The aroma is grain malt, bit of earth and corn. The taste has a Mexican Lager vibe to it, corn, grainy, dusty metallic almost. The palate is light bodied, coarse carbonation and the grain slightly metallic finish.

Water Boyz: pours clear gold and white head. Grainy nose. Taste is too sweet from what I want. Less refreshing than the other pales from this brewer.

Bottle @ Burning Soul tasting, thanks to haddock. Pours clear gold, small white head, aroma of light corn, pale malts. Taste is clean, largely inoffensive lager aside from the odd corn note. Could be worse.

28th May 2017: 33cl can between five at the Burning Soul brewery, a present from my daughter and taken by me to the tasting session. Could have been a lager from anywhere in the world: usual look, clear, clean and light golden, fast fading white head. Not as bad as I was expecting to be honest, light hoppy aroma, the taste an OK blend of malts and hops.

Bottle. Corn/barley malt and straw aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet corn/barley malt and mildly bitter straw flavor. Okay body. Mediocre.

Bottle my wife brought back to UK from a visit to Cayman Islands. Pours pale gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of malt, syrup and corn. Medium sweetness and light but lasting bitterness. Light body, texture sticky, average carbonation. Finish is above average on bitterness for style. An decent lager for a hot day.
