Tap @ Borefts 2013. pale blonde. Lemon and salt in the aroma and flavor. Thinnish. Hint of apple. A worthy gose.

From 75cl bottle. Pours an orange-gold, with limited white foam. Aroma is grainy, fruity (red fruit), somehow spicy. Body is light and scarcely carbonated. Taste is very low in bitterness, some saltines and low acidity. Just a little astringency. Finish is very short and dry.

On tap at Holy Grale. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong salt, dough, lemon zest. Thin body, strong sea salt, dough, citrus, light tartness, good.

Keg at Craft Beer Rising 2014 - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds dough and lemon meringue. Light sweet flavour, with good tart lemon bite, and clean doughy wheat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, with mild tartness, hints of lemon, wheat. Good balance, very refreshing.

Hazy orange color with white head. Nice fruity lemony aroma with salt. Tart and sweet malty taste with salt, a bit of a metallic finish, but not too bad. Smooth. Okay Gose, but not as fruity as the smell promises.

Draft sample @ ACBF 2015. Dorée sur un léger orangé, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bon caractère de malt pils avec un rétro euro-hops très noble. Je note très peu de l’instance salée qui caractérise ce style. Palais reste centré sur un malté simple, pilsner, léger cara avec une approche Gose assez décevante car je manque d’y trouver le caractère salin. Le tout est léger avec un fini légèrement houblonné et amer tirant vers le fleuri et fruité citronné. Pas mauvais en soit, mais décevante par rapport au nom de la bière.

Clear pale copper gold beer, small irregular white head, unstable. Aroma: fruity, peaches, bit sour, fading quickly though. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit salty, weird, malty touch, grains, sourish, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: bit watery, fruity, peaches, saline touch.

Draft. Light lemon and malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Salty lightly sweet lemon/lemon peel, and malt flavor. Nice body. Very tasty and easy drinking.
