Fat Jeffrey Ale house..Ljus lätt grumlig sak.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Evergreen.

Tap at the Jeffrey it’s dark in here but appears yellowish orange with white head. Nose is bitter pine and oranges. Tastes of sweet orange, pine, grapefruit a, salted caramel, honey and grainy. Not too sweet or bitter on palate. Touch of school warming.

ChrisO Tasting. Hazy gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Decent malts - a little sweet cream and caramel. Good hop skunk. Spicy pine. Resinous orange - marmalade. Light semi dry finish. Bitter linger. Nice,

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking semi-hazy burnt orange color with a thin glazing of lacing sticking to the glass nicely after a slim finger’s worth of white foaminess dissipated immediately.
The smell had some sweet danky onion rolling over top of some sweet grassy to a dried bitter floral and piney hoppiness.
The taste was danky sweet with the dried bitterness of the oniony hops melding really nice. Dried sweet onion aftertaste leads into a dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs good to let the oily/dankiness to run the gamut on my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a really nice DIPA that I would love to have again.

Can at Chriso’s Xmas Tasting 2015. It pours cloudy deep golden-amber with a medium white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, sticky, apricot, candied peel, peach and sweet pine. The taste is sweet, sticky, alcohol boost, candied peel, peach, apricot, some raw alcohol and harsh bitterness with a dry and hot finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. The aroma is pretty alright, but the taste is a touch harsh. OK.
