Bottle shared. Poured cloudy dark brown with a frothy off white head. The aroma is rich yeast alcoholic resin. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a burning alcoholic bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Note: indeed a new version of "Den Bras", now with quite a bit more alcohol.
Clear chocolate brown beer, huge irregular creamy light beige head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of dried fruits, some citrus, caramel, bit sugary, liquorish, chocolate, sweet malts, alcohol. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malty start, some caramel, chocolate, bitter hops, dried fruits. Aftertaste: lots and lots of chocolate, some bitter hops, caramel, fudge, little spicy. Wow, very well done, Stefan!

33cl bottle, Bottled on 08/2012.
