Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden orange, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is pickle, lemon, sea air, funk, must, basement, juniper. Flavor is medium plus tart, light plus funk, light salty, pickles. Light body. Too picky

Tap @ The Annual Icelandic Beer Festival 2018. Pours hazy bright orange with a small white head. Notes of coriander, citrus, herbal hops, lactic acidity, subtle funk. Delicious beer!

750ml bottle pours an opaque gold with plenty of frothy, white head. Nose has lemon, juice and pith, herbal, stone fruits, hand soap, yeast, some neutral wood. Flavor has lemon, herbs, torrified wheat, grapefruit, a little slatey. Tart finish, full bodied.

750 ml bottle shared at the DC RateBeer May tasting. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, lemon citrus. Tastes of lemon citrus, floral notes, tart notes. Light body with a dry finish.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is somewhat hop forward with an herbal, grassy note. Medium light peppery, phenolic note and moderate grain notes. Hints of grain, pineapple and citrus. Faint oak. Pours a hazy, dull, gold color with a large, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to a thin film that clumps on the edges. Flavor has a moderate acidity with light grain notes. Fairly fruity with quite a bit of pineapple. Light citrus and grain notes with a hint of salinity. Light oak notes. Medium hop notes, grassy and herbal with light phenolics that are accentuated by the hops. Mouthfeel is light bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice gose but one I wished I drank fresher. The hop profile has become a bit grassy and the phenolics seem to be kicking up a bit.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong sea salt, wheat, lemon zest, oak. Thin body, tart lemon, wheat, yeast, oak, sea salt, dry finish, very good.
