Cock Tavern. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, semi dry with light fine carbonation. Smooth light malt, light cream. Juicy hops, mellow but juicy. Light pithy orange, very mild lemon. Light acetic tone. Smooth finish. Mild bitter linger. Good.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. The nose holds ripe orange, minerals, stone fruits. Light-medium sweet flavor with a bit of jammy citrus, bread, pine needles, bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with more pine, mild orange rind, ripe citrus fruits, bread, faint melon, dry minerals. Decent.

Cask at the Cock, 27/12/13. Hazed golden with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is floral, grass, citrus fruit, soft bread dough, orange. Taste comprises orange sherbet, light caramel, toasted malts, mandarin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, pitch perfect feel, creamy and massaging effect, light hop presence in the closure. Decent low ABV pale.

Cask at The Cock. Pours clear amber with a small off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, earthy hops and light fruit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbobation.

Cask at The Cock. Poured a clear medium amber with a round bubbly head. The aroma is huge malt. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a smooth slightly watery hop malt palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A decent session ale.
