The craftsmanship of Vanilla Porter is evidenced in NVP. A variety of malts provide flavors of chocolate, roasted nut, caramel, and coffee. Imported vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar add complex and exotic flavors to this solid porter. The softening effect of nitrogen creates a velvety mouthfeel and highlights the flavors of the malts and vanilla. NVP presents another delicious way to enjoy Vanilla Porter.
NVP's innovative packaging is nitrogen charged, producing a silky smooth cascading head right inside the can. This allows you to take it anywhere - drinking it from a glass or straight from the can. Enjoy your "Nitro on the go."

On draught at Wyoming Ale Works.
1 finger head of off white foam. Lacing..it's a Nitro.
Smells of cocoa, vanilla, light roasted malt.
Taste has good notes of vanilla, cocoa, hints of coffee and lactose.
Creamy mouthfeel, no surprise.
Good enough considering the serving style.

45 cl can @ Timo A
Aroma has roasted tones and cocoa. Flavour has artifical cocoa, some roastiness and pot coffee. Flat palate, almost no CO2. Nice.

While the nitro makes for an overall smooth experience, the aroma and taste. are lacking. Very sweet vanilla nose, and creamy mouth feel, however.porter notes are completely lost.

16 oz. can from a bottle share. Makes the familiar spritz sound of a nitro can. Pours a slightly bubblier head than the Guinness nitro can, say, then settles to a fine, but thin, layer of tan foam. Body is reddish brown, a little light as porters go. Smell has some light vanilla notes, then shows off some slightly roasty malt. Taste somewhat thin, which should be expected for a nitro beer. But for a normal strength beer, it needs more of a punch. Vanilla seems to go nowhere. There is malt here, since it leaves a little stickiness on my lips. Maybe this needs some oak or a bit more spice.
