Bottle from Best of Beers, Aalborg. Unclear golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is funky with wood, citric fruit and lemon. Flavor is both sweet and acidic, with some pale malt, saison yeast, wood, citric fruit, lemon peel, grapes and brett. The white vine touch appears in the aftertaste so this feels a lot like a wooden, funky sasion blended with white wine – nice. Fine balanced flavors, body and nice long lasting aftertaste.

A golden beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has green apples, citrus, barnyard, spicyness. Great aroma. Taste has green apples, citrus, almost dry, bretta, also bitterness. Medium bodied, high carbonation as usual, refreshning. Very balanced bretta, the great beer.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow/orangey color ale with a large white foamy head with excellent retention and great amount of lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with nice vinous notes is quite enticing. Taste is also a great mix of Brett notes with some vinous notes, nice floral hay notes with a dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. This is a great saison with multiple layers of complexity while retaining great drinkability.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, brett, funk, citrus and white wine. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter and light sour with a long funnky, brett, bitter and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

From a 750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy greenish gold with a big white head. Aroma of brett and lemon. Flavors are faintly funky tropical fruit. Refreshingly effervescent.

Flaska från Beergium. Har stått ett tag o humlen är inte superpigg men det finns andra kvalitéer som väger upp det med råge. I grunden en frisk och funkig saison. Brett och lite funk, frisk citrus, druvor, krusbär och lite jordiga toner. Mycket gott.
