12 oz. bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak, a nice wild bugginess, and a bit of juicy stone fruits. Flavour is bright, with lots of oak, real nice bugginess, and some stone fruit-like juiciness. Bright, vibrant, oaky, buggy, fruity finish with everything in nice balance. Excellent.

Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head that tops the beer nicely, but fades fast. Aroma of very tart and funky soured bretty and lactobilly notes with some flowers and perfume aspects, with a lot of berries noticeable and some bread and light sugar yeastie notes. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong funky yeast notes dominate with a lot of perfume and berries with some soured, bretty notes with a lot of raspberries and the funky lactobilly notes that finish this off nicely and quite lightly. Aftertaste shows the grass and floral notes with a light funky yeast quality along with a dash of berries, but the yeast of course dominates here and clearly shows the funkiness that comes through as sour, slightly doughy, a touch bready and definitely complex - especially for the light aspect of the beer. Overall, a nice and enjoyable soured beer with a lot of funky qualities, some dryness and a good crisp taste that is very easy-drinking, but still complex. I sampled this stubby, twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Brown Jug in Anchorage (Dimond Center), Alaska on 28-June-2021 for US$1,99 sampled in my hotel room here on the day before leaving this beautiful state on 01-July-2021.

Thanks to Rogueone for sharing a bottle. This beer is a clear orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, oak and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of tart and funky fruit, peppery yeast and malt. The finish is tart with a lemony aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Humpy’s.
This was poured into a nonic pint.
The appearance was a nice hazy yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Some carbonation was seen rising. The head dissipated within about a minute leaving some stringy lacing here and there.
The smell had a sweet to bitter citrus, grapefruit and grassy and somewhat piney with a mellow sour - ness.
The taste was sweet, bitter and had a mellow sour - ness to the flavor.
There’s a light sour and sweet orange juice like aftertaste but I liked it.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a superb sessionability about it. The carbonation was good for me and for the style.
Overall, wow, for me, I really liked this one but then again, it seemed like the sour - ness was tamed a bit. I’m not sure what true sour fans would think.

Pale with a slight haze. Lactic nose with delicate floral fruitiness. Pale male and lactic on the palate, mild sourness, aged in Heaven Hill barrels but no real sign aside from light woodiness.

Sampled from the tap at FOBAB 2012. Pours a hazy pale gold with a large white head that lasts throughout the year. Aroma is very funk forward with barnyard and horse blanket with underlying sour lemon. Flavor is also very funk forward but the sourness comes through with a hint of lemon and backing wood.
