This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All these features make St-Feuillien Blonde an excellent and very drinkable beer.

Aroma is fruity with soapy citrus and yeasty notes. Flavour is slightly sour and nice with Belgian yeast, fruity notes, some soapy citrus and spicy notes. A Belgian blonde on the saison side.

Bottle at Fiddler. Pours hazy lumpy golden with an off white head. Aroma is dominated by artificial sweet lemon, like those little lemon drop sweets, along with some other light fruit aspects. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate prickly carbonation. Spoilt by the artificial seeming aromas.

Bottle @ Bar - after work with coworkers - pale golden with a pretty big white head - quite soapy, bit odd, bitter overall with spices, Belgian strain of yeast, spices and EU hops, simple, light fruitiness apricot, bit drowned out by the soapiness, light touch of citrus, pretty big carb. - a pour mans Duvel perhpas - had to chug quite a bit of this in order to leave early enough to still make the train - agreable

Wow, this beer is infested with apricots.it starts in the smell and carries through in the taste.pours with good head and mostly clear blond colour. Lacing. Pretty high carbonation. A little floral hops aroma as well and some booziness.

Appearance: clear, golden, minimal head, white foam, Aroma: hay, spruce, citrus, floral, leaves, licorice, Taste: light sweetness, flral , hints of licorice? Palate: light body, oily feel, soft carbonation, astringent, Quite pungent for a blonde, spicy/sweetness with lots of aromas and notes in the flavors

lets give this one 50 %. why? its so average, so common, so mediocer, i shall give it the middle score. maybe it should deserve less, due to its unoriginality? anyway this is just , again, the classic blond special taste, with to mluch carbonation. basicly you get the feeling of beer in your mouth, and you taste the gas ( and some sweetness comes trough ) . i had more than one, gave em away..
