Bottle from AH XL supermarket. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Sweetish, sugary, malty. Taste: Malty, white sugar, floral notes, malty with floral hop backbone. Long lasting finish. Medium sweet, moderate to over moderate bitterness. Medium body, just over average carbonation. Mwah.

Backlog march 2008. Almost clear golden body under a white head. Aroma is malt and spicy with a sweet impression. Taste is medium sweet pale malt, spicy yeast and some bitterness. Decent triple.

Pours golden with a slight hint of haze. Rich head. Aroma is honey, caramel and raw onions. Dry flavour with notes of alcohol, marzipan and coriander. Pretty good but perhaps just a liiiittle bit too strong for its own good.

I had a lot of pleasure to drink this tripel, a classical, well-done, powerful taste of malt, apricot, sweet, yeasty, warm alcool, lovely. 11.05.2018, Lausanne, Prélaz, traditional and good brewery.

Hazy yellow, big white head. Sharp grassy hop, with good lemon notes, slight funk, and stone fruit. Effervescent mouth feel, and very lively carb. Medium bitterness, yeasty and fruity, very easy drinking. Really nice beer.
