This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation – very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St-Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period. Whether served as a refreshing aperitif in summer or savoured during the winter months, the Triple is a connoisseur’s beer par excellence.

Servida en tulipa, color amarillo dorado pajizo, espuma blanca esponjosa de buena retención. En nariz aroma muy fino, sabroso y delicado a levadura belga, bizcocho, especias y toques de fruta madura y vainilla. En boca entra deliciosamente dulce y afrutada, con ligeras notas de repostería y especias, el final es ligeramente amargo, muy redonda, sensual, agradable, exquisita y embriagadora, desde ya una de mis tripel favoritas. Magnum bottle pour at the The Belgian Brewers' Bash in Washington DC. Poured a golden color with a large white head. Aroma was sweet fruit, candi, yeast. Light citrus, lemon zest.

Aus der Flasche im 2023-04 getrunken. Dieses Tripel kommt sehr aktiv aus der Flasche und bildet eine starke, weiße Schaumbildung aus. Am Gaumen hat es die typische Kombination aus Hefe, etwas Kräuter, leichter Hopfenaroma und leichter Süße. Schönes kräftiges Bier!

Growler from LCB. It pours crystal clear honey gold with a small, but enduring white head. The aroma is sweet, lashings of honey, honey cake, cereal, nuttiness, sugar puffs, baked goods, sponge cake, estery fruits, melon, green banana and pear drops. The taste is initially quite dry actually, snap of bitterness, kick of booze quite early on, fruitiness, pear, apple, melon, also some tinned peach, green banana, honeyed grain, grass, herbal accents, straw, touch of spice and some soapy florals with a drying finish. Medium body and quite fine carbonation. Some oiliness in the mouth feel. Drinks a bit lighter than 8.5% for sure. A decade enough tripel, but not a 99%er anyhow. Decent boost offered.
